  • Why Did I Receive a Payment Reminder After Losing Interest in the Service?
    You received a payment reminder because either there is an outstanding due bill or your subscription was not canceled. Please note that, like any subscription-based platform, we do not void bills. To stop any charges and future payment notifications, please ensure you cancel the subscription in the app before the renewal date or settle any outstanding bills.   • Does Removing My Email Automatically Cancel My Subscription?
    No. Removing your email ensures you no longer receive notifications, but it does not terminate an active subscription. To stop payment charges entirely, cancel the subscription directly through the app.Few readers

    Yes. All details linked to your name and email will be removed from our system after cancellation, in line with our data privacy policies.     No, you can’t send LinkedIn connection requests from Breakcold. We’re a sales CRM with social selling features, not a LinkedIn automation tool.     Yes! When your Office 365 email is connected to Breakcold via SMTP/IMAP or Microsoft 365 integration, your emails will sync automatically with the matching contacts.
