Why is the Cancellation Option Missing?
If the cancellation option is not visible in the Plan section:
- Double-check the email address you used to log in. It must match the one under which the subscription was created.
- Ensure you have full permissions for account and plan management. If permissions appear limited, reach out to Breakcold support for assistance.
- Confirm there are no pending or due bills on your account. Any outstanding payments must be settled before the cancellation option becomes available.
