How do I create a message or email template in Breakcold?

Go to your Settings → Templates, then choose between Email or Message types. From there, you can insert your content and variables.

You can also access templates directly from the message box in the Social Inbox or General Inbox by clicking on the bookmark icon.

Please note that variables in message templates are not yet supported in the Social Inbox.
