Can VAT numbers be added to past invoices?

No. Once an invoice is issued, it’s locked and can’t be changed. This is to follow tax laws and keep records accurate.

Why not?

• Invoices are finalized: After they’re created, invoices are locked to prevent changes.
• No manual edits allowed: Even if you added your VAT number before buying, but after the invoice was made, it still can't be added.
