Can I assign multiple owners to one lead?

Breakcold now allows you to assign multiple owners to a single lead, making team collaboration easier.

Note: The lead’s ownership will also auto-assign to the team member who originally created the lead. Multiple owners help share responsibility and improve team collaboration.

Steps to Assign Multiple Owners:

1. Go to the People section and select the lead you want to assign owners to.
2. Click on the Owner field on the lead’s profile.
3. You’ll see the option to add more than one owner, select the team members you want to assign.
