Can I add a note and tag my team in Social Inbox messages?

Yes! You can add internal notes to any message in the Social Inbox located at the bottom of the message.

To tag a teammate, type @ followed by their name (e.g., @Arnaud). They’ll get a notification and can respond directly within the message thread.
